Hotel description

The public areas of the hotel ingeniously combine three original architectural trends: Naryshkin Baroque, Gothic and elements of Russian Orthodox. The beautiful gilded gates leading to the main lobby were designed as a replica of the Golden Gates of Verhospassky Cathedral in the Kremlin and the whole area is lavishly decorated with wide marble staircases, triumphal bronze sculptures of lions, frescos and spectacular bronze lamps which are copies of Orthodox Church chandeliers. Some of the elements of the building have won fame as permanent historic landmarks. Magnificent bronze chandelier was included in the Guinness Book of Records as the longest chandelier in the world and never fails to leave an unforgettable impression on our international guests.
