Invitations for Russian Business Visas

In order to enter the Russian Federation, most foreign citizens need a visa to Russia. These Russian visas can be obtained at Russian consulates worldwide upon presentation of an invitation from an organization processed by Federal Migratory Service (FMS).

For a business visa (any) support invitation, we need

• well-scanned photocopy of your passport photo page (color, JPEG format, 200-250 dpi resolution, 250-300 Kbytes photo size) by e-mail (attachments requirement: total weight <= 3.5 Mb) visa@unifest.ru.

We begin the process of making documents next working day after we received all documents and payment (days off: Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, holidays).

The invitation will be issued through the Federal Migratory Service (FMS).
* The invitation will come out in a form of scanned copy with in time period specified.
The original can be pick up in our office in two working days or sent to you post DHL for additional cost (Please confirm rates and delivery times by calling to our office or via e-mail).
Note: when you reply for Russian multiple visa a consulate is entitled to issue you a visa that only valid for duration of stay in Russia of maximum 90 days (in total) for each 180 days period of your visa validity. In such case you will see the following remark made in Russian in "Additional Information" field of your visa "Действует 90 дней из каждых 180".

ATTENTION! New visa regulations have acted since January 15, 2007
Every foreigner should get migratory registered coupon in every visiting city of the Russia.

• In order to get it the foreigner without delays should to apply to the reception service (in case he lives in the hotel), or to apply to the flat holder (in case he lives by the private place), or to the organization to which he comes with the business visit and to get the migratory registered coupon.
• Prior the exit from the city for more than 3 days period the foreigner should return the coupon to the place where it was got.
• Only after that the Russian law of migratory register has been done by the foreign citizen.

There is no stamp in the migratory cards and passports.
